Yes, enforcing shift rotations is a key security feature in YonaCast Lite.
As the station administrator, you should never hand out your primary "Master" broadcast password. Instead, navigate to the DJ Management screen and click + Add DJ.
Here you can generate a custom set of credentials for your guest DJ. You'll see a section to create Time Restrictions. For example, you can set rules so that "DJ Alex" can solely connect to the radio server on Fridays from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
If DJ Alex attempts to connect his software at 7:59 PM, the YonaCast engine will aggressively reject his connection and drop the handshake. He will only be permitted exactly inside his assigned time window. You can view all successful connections and denied attempts inside the Connection Log on that same page.
